Owners were attentive and sweet during the interview process. We had our interview outside of the store and they were in casual clothing as well. Due to my prior experience as an ice-cream server, I got salary boost on the spot.

What days are you available to work? What shifts are you able to do?
Went to a coffee shop and interviewed there. Simple customer service related questions. Received a call back later that week. It was a pretty easy process, except the manager was laughing the whole time.
