Easy and simple. They asked me about my experience. Did not have ice cream experience. they were ok with it. Had customer service experience, though, and they liked that. Interview was only 15 minutes, but they made me wait 15 min after my time.

Sat me down and asked me questions about myself and how id deal with situations from a paper. Mostly like what my best atrributes were and what people would describe me as.

Very simple questions, got asked to momorize ice cream flavors in 10 minutes and got nervous after that.
They ask you questions that are pretty straight forward and then you answer the questions to best of your ability. It was not a stressful experience to interview it was almost pleasant.
Good paced, in a room where another interview was going on. Typical questions were asked for the job field of customer service and food based services. I would maybe do again if given the chance.
