      Entrevista de Accounting Supervisor

      21 jun 2018
      Candidato de entrevista anónimo
      Bellevue, WA
      Sin oferta
      Experiencia negativa
      Entrevista normal

      Solicitud

Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Coinstar (Bellevue, WA) en mar 2018

      Entrevista

The interview process was "normal" but the follow up was less than positive. Within a few days, I received a phone message from the recruiter asking if I was available at 3pm the following day. I replied that I was. At approximately 2:45 the following day he called and said he was in a meeting and would call at 4. He called at 4:35, didn't apologize for or acknowledge his delay, and then went on to tell me that I didn't get the job. I told him I was surprised that he had scheduled a phone call for that - in my experience with not getting an offer, or even sometimes when getting the offer, I've received a phone message asking me to call back, or in the former case, an email, e.g., "....we have decided to go forward with another candidate...". Scheduling a call gave me the impression that I was going to receive an offer but he said they would never just leave a message or send an email as they thought the candidate deserved the courtesy and respect of being told directly. Personally, I would rather just receive an email or voicemail, (unless they are going to give you useful information as to why you weren't selected), but regardless, the rescheduling of the call, and then calling 35 minutes late from the rescheduled time did anything but make me feel respected.
