I had a two-part interview, each lasting 30 minutes. Both sessions were conversational and relaxed. The first interview was with an associate, which provided an opportunity to learn more about the company and the day-to-day tasks involved in the role. The second interview was with a senior manager and remained informal, focusing primarily on discussing my future career goals and aspirations.
It began with a virtual interview which wasn't too difficult as you had many time to rerecord. The it was a 30 minute call with the recruiter. Lastly its 2 30 minute interviews with poeple from the company (manager and senior manager).

Easy going, spoke with wonderful people who seemed like they actually cared about my interests and future. Far less intimidating than a big 4 interview, where I was berated with technical questions 99% of undergrads wouldn't know. Very personal feel, and was fantastic getting to know everyone. I will say, the process took about 6-7 calls and interviews and 2 months total.
