Applied through the Wayup. The process took about one week and had one phone screen with Wayup and then one phone interview with CohnReznick recruiter. Third phone interview with one tax director. (If I pass the third interview, there would be final Skype interview with the team). Very straight forward question related to your experience and background. Serval behavioral question and one technical question related to tax policy "pass-through entity" and your idea of a recent tax cut and job act. It was an average interview, and if you prepare well, it would be fine. However, I do not like the way they did not get back to me after the interview. (No email inform me that I was got rejected.) I do like the CohnReznick company culture a lot, but very disappointed with the recruiting process.

The interview process consists of a screening and then a “superday” which consisted of 3 back to back interviews asking mainly behavioral questions. The interview was very relaxed and the harder questions consisted of “what are your study habits”.
