Literally so easy. I flew through the on campus process and got an offer hours after I left the office. That being said, you will spend a lot of time talking to a lot of boring people along the way, all of whom are very full of themselves. If you accept the offer, you will literally sign a piece of paper and scan it into the computer, like it is 2002. Not sophisticated or forward thinking technology, like the bigger firms, but if you want to specialize and have a say in your clients, you will get it here. That being said, your clients are smaller and you'll have less exposure than you would at a big 4. Speaking of the Big 4, all CR did during the interview day was talk about how they weren't the big 4. We get it. We know you're not. You don't pay like it and you don't provide the opportunities like the big 4. They are definitely fine if you're looking for a mid tier regional firm and a little more work life balance, but they really are not for everyone.
