Very laid back. Interview with a few managers and partners within the firm and they will treat you to food afterwards. People at every level were very friendly and very keen on their open-door policy. All in all, a great experience.

First was the recorded video questions, which were typical. Further rounds went into more detailed, behavioral questions, but not too many technical questions. The interview process was normal speed-did not rush nor spend too long to reply.
