Process took longer because of busy season but was fairly simple. Everything was very conversational from the recruiter to the interviews. Interviewed with two senior managers 30 min each. Questions were typical behaviorals with maybe one technical. Come prepared with questions.

So I had a virtual interview with 10 questions which is just one sided on hirevue kind of platform, then one 20 minute interview asking basic questions not many behavioral questions just tell me about yourself, and tell me about a time you set a goal for your self and the steps you took to achieve it and I just made everything conversational make sure you ask questions at the end, about the company, some of changes they’ve made how it’s being embraced, ask about the recruiter look them up and ask them about themselves as well.
