Conducted 6 rounds - HR, case study, Manager, 2 rounds with different directors, and final with VP. Finally sent rejection email from a no-reply email, saying there’s no feedback to share. I think they were not sure what they are looking for. I had invested little over a month into the process. All rounds went well. You should not conduct 6 rounds to eliminate someone. Some feedback would’ve been better.
