CEO is rude and egotistical. During the interview I spoke to soon for him, so he said “can I finish my question before you speak” in a rude way. During the interview the CEO asked me to prove my skills, a skill I haven’t done since college 8 years ago, I know I could do it , but id need to brush up on, he threw me his lap top and said here, “ I want this , this and this on this spreadsheet , GO “ He walks over and Hovers over me I could feel his breath on my neck watching me… I was frozen. It was so awkward that the other interviewer said, “dude, I would freeze if you did that to me, not in an interview”. The other person I was interviewing with, was so uncomfortable with how rude and downgrading the CEO was being to me that he was apologizing about how the CEO was acting and speaking to me. It was that bad. After the interview, he walks out and says to an employee, “Scott in my office now!” the way he said it was so degrading and rude, doesn’t even look at the Scott guy just looks forward… I thought to myself, wow I truly would never want to work for this guy. Salary Range was also not up to par for the work load and tasks. Front office ladies were wonderful, well-spoken and personable. The environment is a small front office with cubes, surrounded by managements offices.
