The process took 3 days. One day for written test and then 2 interview rounds on 3rd day. The test was of moderate level and was similar to any other apptitude test which included logical reasoning, basic mathematical problems and verbal non verbal communication problems. The result was declared in evening. Then comes technical interview which was very ordinary too. The guy was very frank and asked me basic questions about basic mechanics and basic mathematics as I belong to mechanical branch. The most of questions in technical interview were HR interview questions. He was very impressed with my attitude and frankness which i dont think works usually. We had a good time in interview room sharing past experiences from college life for about 35 minutes .Then interviewer offered me tea which i accepted knowingly that i should'nt had. :-p The second interview was HR interview. THe interviewer was a beautiful lady with a superb personality. She asked me about my passions and how i live them. She was not much interested in asking career related usual questions. She asked my about my motorcycle journeys as my resume mentioned travelling and outdoor adventurous activities. Then asked If I am ready to join CTS. I said Yes and She took my signatures on some filled ups forms.

Aptitude test is consisting of soft skills and reasoning. Second Round consists of programming including c,c++ pythonand strong programing Language. Once cleared HR round. You must be strong in all technical and aptitude questions and answer all questions faster.
