It was very smooth, although there was no single point of contact for us to follow up. Everything is follow-up with mails. More than one HRs contact you for the same position, although you got interviewed already and cleared the R1. Round 2 is the HR discussion. So be sure to perform well in Round 1 as only one round will be a deciding factor. They are also quick with the process.

I’ve never experienced an interview as disengaged as this one. The interviewer appeared uninterested from the moment the conversation began, as if they were conducting it just for the sake of completing a formality. He asked only two or three brief questions before abruptly ending the interview.
For a company of Cognizant’s size and reputation, I expected a more structured and professional process. The entire experience felt rushed and unprofessional, leaving me disappointed and questioning whether the interview was being taken seriously at all.
Interview process was very smooth and interviewer were very particular about the answers and it went like an interrogation. It went for 50 minutes and they asked all scenario questions and situational questions.
