The simplest interview in the job fair in the year 2006. Basic questions were asked on JSPs. I attended Verizon and a small company's interview an they were much tougher than Cognizant's. Cognizant was in a recruiting spree and they selected everyone who met a very basic criteria
Got my resume from naukri. Virtual 1 round tech and 1 hr. Bench hire. Once joined have sit for client as well as project interviews. Everything happens so quickly including the bgv.

2 rounds online round and technical round.first round had aptitude questions.second round was face to face. everything was average. no coding questions asked.oops related questions and project related ques only
