Attended Cognizant interview in off campus at my university. Totally 4 rounds. First is Group Discussion difficulty level is easy. Followed by Amcat apti round. Selected candidates got through to technical round. At last HR interview. Elimination is done in all the phases.

Technical Interviewer is very supportive and encouraging!!
Difficulty level is easy
In HR interview, as usual questions about you and your family and college life
Smooth interview process as well as it was very interesting with ample feedback at the end. I enjoyed the conversation a lot and coverted the interview and accepted the offer.
