They would have hired anyone. The interview was supposed to be in English but one of the interviewers did not speak English. They were just looking for people and would make promises of fast promotions and salary increases

It was 3 rounds of technical interview happend however in 2 nd round itself I got selected for compensation discussion but there budget was low so they took another interview to match that expectation but still it was very less as compare to my offer
