Applied online via campus portal. Students are then selected for 1 round of on-campus interviews with two people: manager and recruiter. Interview is broken into two 30 minute parts. One is a behavioral assessment, and another is a case.

Behavioral questions. Go through your resume. Why Cognizant? Why this particular division? Experience presenting and leading teams. In the case, they were looking to see your approach as a timeline of events with specific deliverables in each phase for the client.

It was moderate difficulty ad the hiring process was smooth, and the communication process is good.
Total process is of 2 - 3 weeks.
And the mails comes when the rounds complete by 2 -3 days
Through after interview , the HR mail comes when selected only after some days

The interview process started with resume shortlisting, followed by an online interview. The interviewer asked basic technical questions related to my domain, along with questions about projects, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn. The process was simple and beginner-friendly.
