Interview is scheduled by hr department or walk in interview happens. The interview consists of face to face questions about technology domain and experience. Post interview of technical specialization, hr interview is done and offer letter rolled out.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
