It was a good day to me with the Cognizant Officials. As soon as I entered the hall, the Cognizant official greeted me and I gave my certificate folder. I was a bit scared and tensed because this was my first interview ( campus recruitment) He asked to say abt me I spoke Am ********************, spoke about my education qualification, Said about my interest in computers though am from an avionics background, I spoke about my extra curricular activities ( I HAD MANY :D ) He was impressed and asked me techie questions 1. What all you include in Web page designing .. softwares ? ( I was a web designer so ) Ans:, Dreamweaver ( for html, js, css editing; photoshop, fireworks for image editing) 2. Write a menu code? Ans : wrote a small drop down menu code 3. Write a C program to swap numbers? Ans: wrote 4. How do you implement oops concepts iin html? Ans: had to write code and tell him about polymorphism funciton calling. Now they were HR questions 1. What is the difference between Vamshi after +2 and present you? Ans: told a solid answer , " Vamshi after +2 always had a vigil to do something good, but this Vamshi at present knows how to do it " 2. Why do you want to join Cognizant? Ans : first and foremost, Cognizant is offering me a chance to earn my first bread and butter , so am always on debt to Cognizant. Secondly freedom, this company doesn't bond its employees by paper rather they do it by heart. Third , encouraging work atmosphere. 3. You have pretty good GPA and marks so why don't you do masters? Ans: ( My CPGA was good enough to grab attention) . I want to work for 2-3 years and then apply for my master's coz experience is always an added advantage. And even I need to know the corporate life as am a bud still I haven't faced the world.

It was held on superset platform where they asked about basic OOPS concept,palindrome code and sql related questions which were answered well by me and got offer letter after some days ,it was smooth process and interviewer was also very cooperative
