There will be three round here.
1. Technical round
2. manager round
3. Hr round
all round will be done same date.
they will give you employment CIC form on the same date .
Hike wise its not good company they will conduct many interview for same positions and they will take salary expectations from all and they will offer to less salary people not skilled people. for CTS skilled person doesnt matter they are looking only less salary person.

Cognizant HR is very worst they are not responding to candidate , i have seen most of guys shortlisted but not given offer as well as respond, even sending mail they are not responding.
HRs are loosing their trust between resources.

Interview process is very good. Every thing is systematic. Online application for interview was required by the recruiting HR. After that on the date of interview, First of all Resume and a photograph was collected at the centre. Then Interview started.

Hiring was like I get a call letter from HR team for scheduled window.
I reached in that time and it was such a horrible experience.
I reach there by 9.30 am. My first round of interview took on 4.30pm. Till that time I was waiting. The most irritating thing is those who come at 2pm also they took interview before me or those who came with me for the same skill set.
I was not cleared in that round. It was like they didnt want to hire anyone...Questions are in such a way. If you Answer something questions will be difficult again until u are silent. I have seen so many people who attended or answered well even though the panel was rejecting.
Interview process was not organised in a well planned manner. They didnt follow FIFO rule also.
