Aptitude test to check a candidate's English, Quant and Logical skills. Quite easy. Those who cleared the aptitude round were called for a one-on-one interview which hardly went for about 5-10 minutes and very basic questions were asked. After this, the HR round was just a formality.
Smooth interview process as well as it was very interesting with ample feedback at the end. I enjoyed the conversation a lot and coverted the interview and accepted the offer.
