They call you for wasting your time, they don't have knowledgeable panel. They ask u sit for 5-6 hours and then arrange some panel who don't know what is important and what is not. E.g. they can reject you though ur index concepts are clear, have much practical knowledge, but can't list 11g features(ratta)

i went to CTS, MPEZ, Chennai branch for this interview. The interviewer is very friendly. he was checking my knowledge on SQL and PLSQL technologies. We sat at his desk and he gave me a pen and paper to write solutions for few questions.
