I was contacted by someone at Cognizant for this position, and had an immediate phone screen with the recruiter. He followed up fairly quickly and scheduled a second interview with the head of this group, which also went well. I received an email in a couple of days to schedule the final round superday with travel details, but mentioned that I'd be traveling at that time and offered a time range that would work for me, and didn't hear back from the recruiter at all regarding this note. I sent her two followups, with no response. She finally reached out again with the same generic email to schedule the superday final round, but by this point, I had already committed elsewhere (this process spanned 2 months). Overall, very disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by the recruiter.
