After applying to this role two times in the span of a couple months, I had a disappointing experience with both interactions. The first time, I received an email from their talent acquisition group to schedule an HR screening call. I replied promptly and confirmed an appointment with their recruiter, but was ghosted and did not receive any follow-up. Moving on, I reapplied to this position within a couple months and received a HR screening call from a different recruiter. After a brief conversation, I was informed that a follow-up email would be sent within 1-2 weeks containing the next steps in the hiring process. I never received any response even after following up.

It was mostly behavioral interview where they asked about challenging situations, communicating with other teams and how would you react to the co workers problems or difficult situations.

Very simple and friendly. no technical questions. mostly about what you want to do in the future and why the role interests you. The interviewer was super friendly and easy to talk to. I got an offer for data collections specailist.
