Entrevista
I recently interviewed for the role of Java Full Stack Developer at Cognizant. The overall process was smooth, well-structured, and completed within a few rounds.
1. Aptitude & Logical Test (Online Assessment)
Consisted of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability questions.
Difficulty level was moderate; time management was important.
2. Technical Interview
Focused mainly on core computer science concepts such as OOP principles, data structures, and database basics.
I was asked to write simple code snippets (like reversing a string, finding duplicates in an array, etc.).
Some scenario-based questions were given on SQL joins and normalization.
The interviewer also asked me to explain one of my projects in detail, including tech stack, challenges, and improvements.
