3 rounds of interviews. Was told after 3rd interview I was only one in the running and seeking internal approvals. I had to chase for updates every week where I was being fobbed off and then the team was unresponsive to last emails. Very poor and dishonest

The first round was a case study which would take several days. They were insistent that they wanted to move fast, so asked if I could do it as soon as possible which I obliged and completed over a weekend.
After submission, it took them 3 weeks to get back to me with a response, despite their initial insistence. The feedback was not satisfactory and does not offer any improvement points after spending 4 days on it.
