It consists of a short behavioural and cognitive assessment (Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment and PI Cognitive Assessment, a 12-minute timed assessment consisting of 50 questions). After that, a virtual Interview with HR then an in-person interview with the Hiring manager.

The interview process was lengthy and multiple rounds. To prepare to exceed in this interview you must understand the company and what they do. You should also have product knowledge. The first round was easy but each interview got longer and more in depth.

Pre interview discussion with hiring manager took around 20 minutes. Next is a behavioral/cognitive assessment which took 15 minutes. And the next portion of the interview process is a 45 minute discussion with one of Cognex's territory sales managers. Overall, I very insightful and manageable interview process!
