Interview don't have idea what type of questions need to be asked how to do high level design, low design etc .. what is there in CICS , COBOL program. What is SORT ( DFSORT , ICETOOL ). Interviews need to know scenario based question not based on these type of things

Starting from beggiber to advanced level it was very much good . Dsa oops designing all good questions . I attended 2 round of interview and then one round in ofc, they provided the laptop . The on site was just to check whether I use ai tools or not.
