I have gave written online test on Republic Day. I had a call from HR (Apporva) on 27 jan 2021 at night around 9:30 PM .She told me you have cleared 1 round and ask me question like what is your expected salary and I told her my expected salary then she told me to attend 2nd round on the next day(28 Jan) and send me the link for interview. Interviewer is very good in her questions and my interview goes very good.I thought that I will be selected in this company. But no answer came from her end....When I try to contact HR through email many time she replied that she was on leave and your mail response of email will be delayed for next week. After one week I was contact to her again in email. She replied you couldn't complete first round. I was shocked. What's going on.

I appeared for an interview on 10/July/2021. Worst experience I ever had. Interviewer was not at all in mood to take the interview. He was asking me the detailed questions on those skill set which were not even mentioned in my resume. He was asking me questions in one word and expecting me to answer that question till 5 minutes. He was having some attitude problem and didn't had experience on how to take the interview. I had to explain him the way of asking the questions from a candidate. Coforge should not select these people as an interviewer if they want their company to grow.
