They began with an initial phone screening, then asked me come in for chat with the lead developer and the CEO (who was conducting the interview, it's a very small company). It was very relaxed and not stressful at all. Would have taken the job if there were benefits and if it didn't seem like people were over worked (though they enjoyed the work). The atmosphere of the company appeared to be great.
