I've interviewed with this company twice and both times ended up getting ghosting by the talent acquisition/HR. Unprofessional. My review is based off the first interview I had with the company.
I spoke with the 'lead talent acquisition consultant' for the company and my background seemed orthogonal to the work the company is focused on. Went on to speak with the hiring manager and I thought that went well. Then never heard back from any of the parties.

Entrevista
3 stages of interviewing. Phone interview with recruiter, video call with hiring manager, and all day virtual interview. The all day interview (10a-5p) included a 1 hour seminar. I felt interview went well. However, I did not receive a response afterwards, so I assume I didn't get the job.

Hiring manager called for phone interview and loved my background and experience and said I will be perfect for the applied position and said she will contact me back within few days about the next steps and never got back to me for a month and finally said the team is not okay with your background without even interviewing me
