The interview process was unnecessarily long, with weeks between the interviews. Finally, somewhere between the 4th and 5th interview, the company just ghosted me. Finally about 2 months later, I heard back that the position had been paused / shelved for now. Really? Each interview was about my background, experience, fit, with some case studies and prompting, and solutions asked. I wish companies would not have month-long interviews - but the worst is just not letting your interviewee know whether or not the process is still happening.
