Initial contact from a recruiter, who scheduled four rounds of 1-hour interviews for the same day, almost in a row. Cultural, technical, architecture, and business. Although it was hard to do four interviews in a row, the people were great, and it was interesting to learn about the company and the team. The cons were that the recruiter messed with the schedules, and I got ghosted by one of the interviewers, who joined really late in the call and messed up all the schedules. I got no response while trying to contact the recruiter to understand why no one joined. After all this stressful process, the recruiter/HR team completely ghosted me, and I never got any feedback.
