Interview meetings emails and HR communication were proper.
They did not ask a single question related to my background, rather they were interested in who is bossing me around, who makes the decisions of software development. They did not even ask me which software development process was followed.
Very poor experience and after my interview, they did not have the audacity to call back for any positive or negative feedback from them.
I have industry knowledge of 4.5+ years of experience but they that I was some fresher facing an interview for the first time.
They have published that they have job openings for tons of profiles but in reality, they are just trying to gain the market's attention by interviewing candidates and not giving any feedback.
They are not hiring any developers for any positions, in my opinion, rather just increasing their market value by showing off!
Very bad experience.
(P.S. I come from a much bigger company than this, still, they thought only they follow SCRUM, DevOps processes and they are superior).
