Interviewing with Cocoon House was fantastic. I met an HR rep and the department manager at a job fair before applying and they were great! After applying, I spoke again briefly with the HR rep, then had two in-person interviews with the manager and the director for the department. The same day of the second interview, the manager called and offered me the position. The whole interview process was very easy going and everyone I interacted with was very personable.
