applied for the job via glassdoor, a couple days later I received an email from the recruiter requesting a phone screen. Completed the phone screen and was moved to the next step which was a take home assessment where you answer questions as if you were a support engineer. Once that was complete, spoke to the hiring manager. A couple of days went by and then I emailed the recruiter to follow-up, no response. I assume I wasn't chosen to move forward. All it takes is an email response to let people know this, no need to go radio silent.

I applied online and got an invitation to do a 20 minute phone screen with recruiter. The call went great , they went through some of their 'open sourced phone screen' interview process questions. Mostly it was about the company and questions about my past employment. From here they sent a 'take home assessment' asking 3 support related questions relating to issues specific to SQL/CRDB. I submitted my answers but later got a rejection email. I would advise to have SQL experience ( understanding statements and troubleshooting issues related to SQL) when applying for this role.
