Firstly, I was asked to take an online business reasoning test. After succeeding in that I was informed that the next assessment step would be a skype interview with a member of the recruitment team. The interview started in greek with general questions about me and my educational background and then continued in english with more sophisticated questions. The third step was a role play. I was asked to visit the headquarters of Coca Cola tria epsilon at Kifisia. There was an extra and final step of the assessment process which was a 4-6-member team role play among the remaining candidates.
