I had a over the phone interview then I had one in person at the plant. The over the phone interview was about 15 minutes and then asked when I'd be available in person.
Once in person it was about 45 minutes of interview once he told me I was hired I then began paperwork and drug testing

I went to the interview after many automated text messages from the company. The District Manager let me waiting for 20 minutes after arrival, the DM was hostile and very difficult to understand, his lazy thick drawl made communication difficult, I asked him to repeat the questions because his bad pronunciation. He was handing "new hire" paperwork to everyone but me. He was ignorant about my previous known corporation, It is unbelievable that people with poor verbal skills get such managers jobs. I left shocked.
