I applied and interviewed online, going through three rounds:
- R1: HR Screening – Assessed my understanding of Coactive AI and ML fundamentals.
- R2: Hiring Manager – Discussion about my projects.
- R3: Technical Talk – A 35-minute presentation + 15-minute Q&A on representation learning, focusing on multimodal space, with a senior scientist and applied ML engineer.
I stopped at this stage.
The interview process left a positive impression. All four interviewers focused on assessing technical expertise, reasoning, and communication skills. They asked relevant questions—nothing that felt unnecessary beyond the interview. They were engaging and also seemed to know what they were looking for, which is rare in my recent interviews, and of course it is valuable.
HR was also greatly responsive for my questions and concerns and provided a thorough and thoughtful feedback.
