They were quick to schedule my first interview, but then they took two months to get back to me about the fact that they were not moving forward with my candidacy. The interview itself was pretty easy and my recruiter was very nice, but I am disappointed by how long it took for them to tell me that I needed to look elsewhere.

Lack of communication and unreasonable. Made it to the third interview and they ghosted me until i had to reach out several times for them to tell me i didn’t get the role.
Talked about the role for 30 minutes on a teams meeting, and asked if I had any questions after. First "interview" really isn't an interview at all, it's more informational so I wonder what the criteria is to move forward, probably the questions you ask.
