It took over two weeks to get an interview scheduled from their initial reach out, and I had to follow up several times...The recruiter was actually quite pleasant and friendly although the company seems to be completely out of touch with reality in regard to compensation, especially for a public company. Their ballpark comp for a marketing director position was 120k to 130k with no relocation package offered (to move to Richmond, VA). The average market rate for such a position is in the 160-200k range, so I don't know what kind of people they are targeting, but definitely not public company experience level.
