There was exactly three rounds of phone interviews. First the standard HR screen and to to explain the job in detail. The second was with who would be my manager. The third was to discuss salary needs.

Awful experience a recruiter from LinkedIn reached out and it was a mess from the start and I do not recommend the job. It’s a very labor intense industry and they make you work in rain

Filled out an application, had an initial 30 minute phone call, had an hour long zoom call with someone else, then met with regional manager in person that took about 2 hours.
After 3 interviews, I expected to receive an offer. However, I shoot weddings on the weekends, and they had an issue with that, even though the job was Full Time Mon-Fri. I was expected to stop shooting on weekends entirely, which makes no sense...what I do on the weekends has no bearing on the company.
