Overall easy process. Start with a phone interview, then was asked to coming for an in-person. In person consisted of shadowing a person in the role. Then making mock calls. Finally interviews with management and director.

Entrevista
Long interview - you meet with a research assocaite first and they get you to do a fake practice call. They show you the software and general work space at their desk with fellow future coworkers. After you meet with a research team manager and you chat about general personal and professional experience. Next you meet with a top research manager, or even a research director, and they ask more structured questions. Received good feedback and you do well in the interview if you hold your own and make it a conversation.
