Worked with development lead on initial phone screen to answer regular questions as well as a few questions to show critical thinking ability. 6 hour onsite interview with programming test and talking to each team member. Overall good experience. Can tell everyone at the company enjoys working there and most of the people come off as intelligent software designers.
