A 20-30 minute interview asking me about past experiences that can apply to the workplace such as standing up for a peer, times I have taken charge, etc. Somewhat difficult for somebody without work experience before and needed other examples to use that could apply to a workplace.

Informal, ask questions that you are sent prior to the interview to prepare. Ask about availability and your current circumstances eg. if you are a student etc. and if you have previous retail experience.

Easy, really nice people. Enjoyed the process and they were really lovely, and the staff were really kind. They were looking to find me a place and fpund me one in a different store
