Easy, just a online questionnaire and then an in person interview with more questions about what I did at the time and why I wanted the job and why I’d be good for the role
The interview was carried out after filling out a situational analysis questionnaire. The interview focused on some of the answers from these questions and was based around personality mostly. My interview was carried out by two people.
