Applied and after interview was told strong silver medallist so when the role was advertised a few weeks later again I contacted the manager only to be told I wasn't now right for the role. Worst the manager didn't even contact me but got HR too. Then I applied again recently for another role. Asked to speak to hiring manager who agreed then ghosted me. Quickly realising that despite always having had a good impression of the co-op it isn't a place I want to work.
