They called me up, I had an interview with two managers in the upstairs lobby of the building (it was during construction). They asked your typical HR questions, some questions about my experience, and some questions about the restaurant.

One of the best interviews I’ve had. I arrived early and was interviewed immediately upon arriving which usually never happens. The staff seemed like a family and the interviewee was interested in me as a person and my experience equally. He was really genuine. Made me excited to become a part of the team.

I met the manager of this restaurant and she was very nice and the interview process was quick and concise. The staff greeted me with open arms and did not intimidate me prior to interviewing.

The interview was very relaxed and the questions were simple. I did not have prior server experience and still got an interview and the job. They just want people that are genuinely excited to work there.
