Entrevista
Applied for this job online and upon completing the application was asked to schedule an interview. I thought this was strange, but didn't think much of it. I'll openly admit- I didn't feel I was totally qualified for the position, but felt I had nothing to lose by going.
The day of the interview I arrive promptly and walk through to what appears to be the central meeting place where a group was waiting around and prepping things, so I think I came in as the day was starting. The manager is a bit busy and asks me to wait a bit. So I go over to the side and do some last minute research on the reviews here. Red flag alert. The first page of reviews are all 5 star ratings all given in the same 3 days. Clearly, the company is trying to pad their score here.
About 10 minutes later the manager comes over to me to begin the "interview". I'm not brought to an office, or even a table to sit down and talk. He just pulls me for a walk around part of the warehouse. During our walk, he asks me a few boilerplate interview questions- about my experience, greatest strengths and weaknesses, etc. No mention of the actual job, salary, requirements, or anything really. The manager carried a small notepad with him the whole time with which he wrote exactly two words on- my first and last name. The entire "interview" took roughly 5 minutes. It was extremely apparent that the whole thing didn't matter at all, and was simply a formality. I could have lied about anything and would have had the same outcome. It was a complete joke and a waste of a drive.

The manager gave the same handful of questions you hear at any interview.
