One phone + 6 onsite. Phone interview was just discussion past project. Onsite was 3 programming + 1 lunch + 1 discussion Overall the company's atmosphere looked pretty lifeless and dull. The first interviewer was full of arrogance. She gave me 5 min to ask question and I asked one question. She said ok, we utilized just three minutes, so for 2 minute, She said that she wants to ask one more question to you. I was like " is this real" . This female has no respect for people who come to her company for interview. Second interview was even bigger idiot. For full 45 mins, ( I am not kidding), he asked me which is more important " Design review or code review" . It is like asking, which is more important "apple" or "orange". And this was the only question for full 45 mins. I realized what I am dealing with but never lost my cool and kept the interviewee engaged. Rest of the interviews was coding. Interestingly they asked me the same question for onsite which they asked for phone interview. This means they do not even read through resume or previous interviewer feedback. I would not recommend anyone to interview with them as it was one wild ride for me.

The interview started with a group video briefing for all applicants. Afterwards, candidates had 30 minutes to independently solve three coding problems of approximately medium difficulty under timed assessment conditions.
