The interview process involved discussions with the hiring manager, head of sales for the region, technical consultant in a similar role, head of channel for the region. The interview process is quite well structured that allows not only the organization to know the candidate a bit more indepth but also promotes and facilitates a dialogue between the candidate and different stakeholders in the firm for the candidate to also get acquainted and comfortable with the culture and working relationships in the firm. Post all interviews, there is a presentation that is required to be made and there are also technical/whiteboarding/scenarios that may be needed. Overall, felt very comfortable with the process and business leaders from the organization were very forthcoming and open during the process.
